(Brandon, SD) — Governor Larry Rhoden will attend a groundbreaking ceremony today in Brandon. It’s for an expansion at Spartan Emergency Response. The company builds fire trucks. Rhoden says they play a key role in keeping South Dakotans strong, safe, and free.
