SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — More inmates, more released prisoners in the city, and higher crime numbers.  Those are some of the “beneath the surface” stats tied to hosting a new men’s penitentiary.  Attorney General Marty Jackley says those stats will be center stage at a forum at the Washington Pavilion later this morning.  The Attorney General will speak at the forum this morning, along with Mayor Paul TenHaken and local Sheriff’s Mike Milstead and Steve Swanson.
