SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A South Dakota Penitentiary inmate is pleading not guilty in the overdose death of a fellow prisoner. 21-year-old Manarion Fuse is accused of giving Anthony Richards the synthetic drug K2. Richards died shortly after taking the drug. Fuse is scheduled to stand trial in October. Four inmates have died from overdoses while in state custody so far this year.
