BROOKINGS, SD (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man is jailed in Brookings for making a terrorist threat. The Starbucks on 22nd Avenue received a phone call Wednesday claiming someone in the drive through had a bomb. It was quickly determined that the threat wasn’t credible. 21-year-old William Watkins, Jr. was arrested and will appear in court at a later date.
