Downstream view of the Big Sioux River
SIOUX CITY, IA (KELO.com) — Sioux City is getting some help for a project to beef up the Big Sioux River Levee system. The Iowa Homeland Security and Emergency Management Levee Improvement program has been awarded a grant of nearly 900-thousand dollars. The planned project is expected to cost over 2.6-million dollars and take three years to complete
