RAPID CITY, SD (KELO.com) — It will be the next 20 years in Federal prison for a ringleader in a major methamphetamine drug organization on the Pine Ridge Reservation. 51 year old Casey Lopez of Nebraska was sentenced to the term after pleading guilty earlier this year. She was a ringleader who set prices, organized distribution and enabled a Mexican cartel to gain inroads on the reservation. The organization sold massive amounts of meth while it was operating.
