SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — When it’s complete, it will be the largest intersection in the state of South Dakota – but it will take two years to build. Construction begins tomorrow of the intersection at Arrowhead and Veterans Parkways on the east side of Sioux Falls. Traffic flow will be cut off east of the intersection on Arrowhead during construction, so plan accordingly.
