DES MOINES, IA (KELO.com) — Transgender people would lose civil rights protections under a bill approved by the Iowa legislature. There were large crowds of people in the capitol rotunda, with many speaking against the proposal. Governor Kim Reynolds is expected to sign it. If she does it becomes law.
