Cold weather means crowded conditions at Dudley Hospitality House

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — This week’s bitter cold has created record crowds at the Bishop Dudley Hospitality House in downtown Sioux Falls.  It’s ‘standing room only’ by day…with night guests sleeping wherever they can find floor space.  Dudley House officials say the kitchen has run out of food every day this week.
