PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — Governor Larry Rhoden has appointed a new legislator. Republican Tim Czmowski will replace Herman Otten of Tea, who recently resigned as a District six representative. Representative Czmowski is the past leader of the Grant County GOP, but has since moved to Lincoln County.
