ROCHESTER, MN (KELO.com) — Mayo Clinic is suing Sanford Health for hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of unpaid medical bills. Sanford says it isn’t responsible for the unpaid bills, because Mayo failed to follow standard Medicaid procedures, which led to the unreimbursed expenses. A hearing on the lawsuit is scheduled in court Tuesday.
