YANKTON, SD (KELO.com) — He pleads not guilty to a grisly murder in Yankton. 32-year old Craig Nichols, Junior entered his plea in court, after being charged with the murder and decapitation of Heather Bodden on January 2nd. If he’s convicted, Nichols could face the death penalty.
