SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The Sioux Falls City Council may finally get to make a decision on a proposed 68-million dollar aquatics bond next week. The bond package was originally scheduled for last spring, but has been delayed several times since then. The financing package originally started out at 77-million dollars, but was trimmed by the Council to 68-million last month.
