SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — He was considered armed and dangerous, but the long arm of the law has brought in the second suspect in a deadly Sioux Falls shooting. 28-year old Lamont Burks, Junior was arrested in South Carolina Tuesday afternoon. He faces several charges, including first degree murder in the late August shooting death of 29 year old Joshua Allen. Those are the same charges filed against 32 year old Walter Deshawn Stewart, who was arrested late last week.
