Sioux Falls man charged in child rape, trafficking case that spanned a decade

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man faces numerous charges in a sexual assault case that went on for more than a decade.  60-year old Leon Siess allegedly raped and trafficked the victim, who was only ten when it began in 2009.  Police say the victim is now safe, and communicating with police.
