Record homicide rate in Sioux Falls – nearly two months to go

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — The city of Sioux Falls has set a new record – but not one that residents wanted.  With just under two months to go before year’s end, the city has had 13 homicides this year – the most ever.  Police are still working to make arrests in two of those 13 cases.
