Days long standoff comes to an end in Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — For the second time this week, law enforcement officials have successfully ended a standoff with an arrest.  The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department negotiated with a woman in a house near 57th and Cliff for several days, after she brandished a gun while being served an eviction notice.  She surrendered peacefully late Wednesday.
