SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls shooting suspect arrested in Sioux City. An adult and three juveniles came under fire last Thursday evening near 33rd and Cliff. The victims told officers they could identify the shooter, and pointed him out when he returned to the area later. Police arrested Quintin Jackson in Sioux City on multiple charges of aggravated assault.
