RAPID CITY, SD (KELO.com) — Three former Mitchell Legion Baseball players have now pleaded guilty to rape charges. Carter Miller and Peyton Mandel plead guilty in court yesterday to being an accessory to a felony. In exchange, rape charges will be dropped. Lincoln Bates was the first to plead guilty last week, agreeing to testify in other teammates’ cases. Prosecutors say the charges stem from two incidents at a Rapid City hotel a year ago involving victims that were 16 years old. Three more players still face felony rape charges.
