SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Two juveniles and two adults are facing kidnapping charges following an incident Saturday night. Police Information Officer Sam Clemens says it began when a man and a woman on a motorcycle noticed a car following them.
19-year old Dani White of Tea and 20 year old Danica Emahazien of Sioux Falls were arrested, along with two juveniles.
