SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls City Councilors will consider a proposal to increase childcare opportunities tonight. They’ll vote on a package of about a half-million dollars…most of which would be designated for education assistance for people interested in early-childhood education. Councilor Rich Merkouris says that’s an important part of solving the childcare dilemma.
Tonight will be the final council meeting for councilors Greg Neitzert, Pat Starr, Alex Jensen and Marshall Selberg as their terms come to an end.
