PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — They’re trying to save kids from the scourge of pornography. Sioux Falls Representative Bethany Soye is sponsoring a bill to require age verification for porn websites. She says the porn industry preys on children.
The bill allows parents to sue on behalf of their children if minors are able to gain access to porn websites.
