PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — It’s nothing serious yet, but signs of a soft economy are beginning to show up in state sales tax revenues. Representative Lance Koth of Mitchell is part of the Legislature’s appropriations committee, which will go over the figures Monday.
The committee will also see recommendations from study committees on funding for county governments and Long Term Care facilities.
