DELL RAPIDS, SD (KELO.com) — The South Dakota Highway Patrol is investigating an incident on the south side of Dell Rapids yesterday afternoon, but so far, isn’t talking about it. Residents say there was a serious accident involving at least two vehicles on Highway 115 that was apparently part of a high-speed chase. Traffic was blocked from the area for about two hours. The state highway patrol says it can’t release any information because of an on-going investigation.
