SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.xom) — Car thieves are hard at work in Sioux Falls, and police say residents are making it too easy. Information Officer Sam Clemens says in a great majority of cases, car owners roll out the red carpet for car thieves.
Officer Clemens says the number of car thefts is climbing. The city will begin a public campaign on the problem within weeks.
