SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) — Minnesota is expected to have legalized recreational marijuana available later this summer. Governor Tim Walz is expected to sign the bill approved by the legislature that legalizes recreational use of marijuana. If he does, it could go up for public sale later this summer. South Dakota law officials are wondering what the spillover will be at the border. Attorney General Marty Jackley says the state has experience with this.
Jackley says the first line of enforcement will fall on the counties located along the border of Minnesota.
