PIERRE, SD (KELO.com) — It could be a way to resolve the teacher shortage in South Dakota. The plan is to use student teachers in an expanded capacity while still maintaining supervision by experienced teachers. State Education Secretary Joe Graves says it could keep more teachers in South Dakota.
