SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A Sioux Falls man has been indicted by a federal grand jury for transporting child pornography.
The Indictment alleges that on three separate occasions, 44-year-old Matthew Richard Hainje knowingly uploaded graphic images and videos depicting one or more minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct into his Dropbox and Google accounts.
Hainje, who was convicted of similar charges in 2018, pleaded not guilty on Tuesday.
So far, a trial date has not yet been set.
