SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) —
$200-million is about to be unleashed to spur on housing development in South Dakota.
The state and federal money was one of the first measures approved by legislators this year.
State Municipal League President Amy Leon says if you’re interested, it’s time to get moving.
The first round of applications will be received during the first half of June.
30% of the money goes to Sioux Falls and Rapid City.
The rest goes to smaller towns and cities.
