No, it isn’t a movie plot…it’s the latest mixture involving fentanyl.
Drug Cartels are combining fentanyl with xylazine…a powerful animal tranquilizer.
If the other side effects weren’t bad enough, Minnehaha County Sheriff Mike Milstead says there’s another that’s even worse.
Sheriff Milstead says officers haven’t seen the new drug here yet…but they know they will.
