Gov. Kristi Noem (R-S.D.)
Governor Kristi Noem surprised us this morning with a call about the grocery tax.
Noem says she hopes lawmakers will start listening to the people of the state.
“We’re one of seven states left that still tax food,” Noem says.
Noem also encouraged South Dakotans who want to reduce the state grocery tax to call their lawmakers.
