SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Only four months into 2022 and Sioux Falls is also way ahead of last year’s $1 billion-plus record for building permits.
Through April 30, Sioux Falls is at $542.5 million in permitted projects.
This time last year it was at $318.5 million.
