SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) – After some record-breaking warm temperatures this winter, 2021 will be ending with a big cool down.
If you’re going out to celebrate New Year’s Eve, the National Weather Service says you might want to bundle up because the forecast shows the possibility of wind chills below -20 degrees in the KELO radio listening area.
They remind folks that if you plan to be outside, dress in layers, wear gloves, and always wear a hat.
