SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) – Governor Kristi Noem is using her twitter feed to promote South Dakota’s hunting opportunities and poke a little fun at those not so inclined. Using a picture of Noem carrying pheasants, the Governor wishes everyone “Happy WorldVeganDay to all the hunters who enjoy harvesting vegan pheasant, deer, and elk!”
