SIOUX FALLS, SD (KELO.com) – A planned commercial development on the west side of Sioux Falls took a big step forward a tonight’s City Council meeting.
The Firehouse 42 development, planned for the corner of 12th street and Ellis Road received unanimous approval from the council.
The area will be designed as a pedestrian-friendly commercial zone and include a boardwalk area along the lake.
The planning commission has put together a 6 phase plan to complete the project.
