SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — After a quiet week throughout much of the region, severe weather may make a return this evening.
According to the National Weather Service, an unstable atmosphere will likely bring about strong storms.
The main risk involved with these storms will be the threat of large hail and damaging winds.
The greatest chance for seeing severe weather will be from now through 9 pm.
