SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — South Dakota has issued an Endangered Missing Advisory for an 18-month-old girl and a 3-week-old infant in Pierre.
The advisory said the father of the two children, 22-year-old Storm Wilcox, removed them from their caregiver’s home early Monday morning. It said Wilcox “was exhibiting signs of impairment” and was “unable to care for the children.”
Storm Wilcox is described as a 22-year-old Native American man, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing about 200 pounds.
Both children named in the advisory are described as Native American girls. 18-month-old Ariella Wilcox is 2 feet 1 inch tall, according to the alert. She was last seen wearing a green zebra print pajama shirt and diaper, the advisory said. 3-week-old Aylani Wilcox is 19.5 inches tall, last seen wearing a black and white striped blanket sleeper, the release said.
The release said Storm Wilcox was driving a black 2015 GMC Canyon SLE with a South Dakota license plate number of 39E-471.
