SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — For 100 years, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier has honored soldiers who died without their remains ever being identified.
A half scale replica of the Tomb is making its way to Sioux Falls.
The replica is set to be on display this weekend at the Military Heritage Alliance near the airport.
The two day commemoration will feature live music performed by the Sioux Falls municipal band, and guest speakers who will explain the significance and history of the Tomb.
The free event takes place from 9-5 on both Saturday and Sunday.
