SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls Mayor Paul TenHaken launched another fitness challenge for the city.
This year’s challenge encourages participants to log 100 miles of activity in 100 days.
The Mayor’s Fitness Challenge is a simple one that anyone can participate in. When you are out running, biking, walking, or rowing, log those miles, share your progress with the hashtag #100miles100daysSF and post it to social media.
By publicly sharing photos or videos of you to social media channels with the hashtag #100Miles100DaysSF and showing that you are logging miles, you will be participating in the challenge and eligible to win prizes.
Two participants are selected each week to win a prize, which are provided by local businesses and organizations.
More information can be found here.
The fitness challenge began on April 23rd, and will run until August 1st.
