SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — According to Sioux Falls Police, Rayvon L. Teague, 33, from Sioux Falls had an argument with a woman who he believed owed him money. When Teague did not receive the money, Teague took a Roku device and attempted to take a DVD player before leaving with a friend.
Authorities located the accused inside a vehicle that was discovered to have been reported stolen near the 2200 block of East 18th Street. Teague was not aware of the vehicle being stolen and said a friend had picked him up in the car earlier.
He was arrested for robbery, theft, and possession of controlled substance after officers found residue of methamphetamine on him.
