AGC construction jobs increases and decreases map, 2/3/21.
SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A new report says Sioux Falls lost around 300 construction jobs between December 2019 and December 2020.
That amounts to 3% fewer construction jobs.
Meanwhile, across the state, Rapid City saw an increase of 400 jobs.
That is an 8% increase.
The report from the Associated General Contractors showed that a large portion of the country lost construction and related jobs in 2020.
