SIOUX FALLS S.D. (KELO.com) — Former Sioux Falls high school teacher Daylan Scott Fargo accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a student, pled guilty to the charge of soliciting a minor in Minnehaha County early this morning.
Fargo, 27, was charged in January after the victim’s family went to the police about the relationship.
He was arrested on Feb. 3 at his parents’ residence in Hall County, Nebraska.
Two other charges in his indictment, sexual contact with a child under 16 and sexual exploitation of a minor, will be dropped as part of his plea deal.
