SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A man sits in jail after breaking into an apartment Friday and sexually assaulting the woman who lived there.
The incident happened near the 200 block of West 14th Street.
The man ran out of the apartment when his phone rang.
Police found him in a car in the parking lot.
Raymond Ellis Teague, 40, from Sioux Falls, is charged with burglary, rape, sexual assault, and drug possession.
