SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — If you take 26th Street to work in Sioux Falls, look for an alternate route next week. The city is scheduled to work on the bridge heading over the Big Sioux River.
Semi trucks will pull on to 26th street to lay bridge girders, a process that takes 15 to 20 minutes per truck.
Civil engineer Dena Knudsen called the step “a huge milestone” for the project. Drivers can expect delays for about a week and a half.
