SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Street construction update:
Lane Closure – Rice Street
Beginning on Thursday, August 20, 2020, the inside westbound and eastbound lanes of East Rice Street will be closed from Jessica Avenue to Highland Avenue to allow crews to perform manhole lining. Access to businesses will be maintained.
This work is anticipated to be complete in one day.
Drivers are urged to use caution and reduce their speed while traveling near the construction area and may want to consider alternate routes.
