Latest Sioux Falls Metro coronavirus numbers as of 8/17/20

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com)  —  Here are yesterday’s numbers from the City of Sioux Falls’ new Lincoln and Minnehaha Counties coronavirus tracker.

The City reports 29 new cases in the metro, down 30 from Sunday.

There are 494 active cases, down nine cases from Sunday.

The three-day moving average of daily cases is at 39.

There are 33 area residents hospitalized, up five from Sunday.
