SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — One person was stabbed during an armed robbery early Friday morning in Sioux Falls.
According to the Sioux Falls Police, at 12:30 Friday morning police responded to an armed robbery at a local business in the 1000 block of North Minnesota Avenue.
One person was stabbed and taken to a local hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries.
The subject fled the scene with some merchandise.
Police are looking for a Native American male mid-teens to early 20s, dark hair, 5’6”-5’8”, thin build wearing a black and white checkered zip-up hooded sweatshirt, grey pants and white and black tennis shoes.

Sioux Falls, South Dakota: On May 15, 2020 around 12:30 a.m. Officers of the Sioux Falls Police Department responded to the 1000 block of N. Minnesota Ave for a report of an armed robbery at a local business. On arrival, Officers located a victim who had been stabbed and was transported to a local hospital where he was treated for non-life threatening injuries. No one else was injured and the subject fled the scene with some merchandise. The subject is a Native American male mid-teens to early 20’s, dark hair, 5’6”-5’8”, thin build wearing a black and white checkered zip up hooded sweatshirt, grey pants and white and black tennis shoes.
