SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — A doctor in Watertown has tested positive for COVID-19.
William Devine, M.D., a family medicine physician with Sanford Health, chose to publicly identify himself.
Sanford says they believe his case is travel-related and Devine isolated himself soon after he developed symptoms. The state health department plans to reach out to all the patients he had seen since March 25.
Sanford says it is “taking extra precautions to monitor the health of staff and patients who may have come into close contact with Devine.”
