PIERRE, S.D. (KELO.com) — South Dakota COVID-19 cases climbed to 30 as of Tuesday, but there’s a good side too.
Health officials in Pierre say that eight of those people have fully recovered.
Confirmed coronavirus cases in Minnesota have risen to 262.
Cases now total 124 in Iowa.
The region is still relatively unscathed when compared to New York State, California, and other Covid-19 hotspots around the country.
