SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KELO.com) — Sioux Falls’ city buses will stay open during the coronavirus pandemic, Mayor Paul TenHaken says.
“We don’t intend to shut down transit,” TenHaken said at a Thursday briefing. “Transit is a really critical method of transportation right now for some of our vulnerable populations.”
City staff are making sure people sit apart from one another on the buses and are ramping up sanitation to help slow the spread of the disease.
